Ranma comes back to Japan after the 10 year training trip, but instead of the Tendo house she goes to the Saotome residence. Where Ranma finds her twin sister… and little brother.

Concept of Ranma and Usagi as twins is okay, but the execution at the start is rough. And the rest of the story follows that.
